Changes to Group Study Room Policies
by Julie Tedjeske on
At the beginning of the semester, the DCLI instituted a new online system for reserving group study rooms. In conjunction with the rollout of the online system, we tested leaving the study rooms unlocked. Based on user feedback during our test period, we have reinstated the policy of locking the study rooms.
If you are using the online system to reserve a study room, after you have made your reservation, please go to the Service Desk and check out a key. Please note that reservations are not required. If a room is not reserved, it is available on a first come/first served basis, but you must still check out the key. Also as part of this new system, users are limited to a single four-hour reservation per day across all rooms.
