This Guide was developed to assist researchers who wish to locate legal forms or sample documents. Use the tabs on the left or bottom of the screen to navigate through the Guide. Please note that forms must be evaluated and adapted in accordance with factual circumstances as well as jurisdictional or other requirements, including current law. 

Search Hints:

• This Guide is just a starting point. You can search the library catalog for forms in both print and electronic resources. Use the word "forms" in your search, along with terms relating to the subject area and, if relevant, the jurisdiction that you are researching. 
• Practical Law on Westlaw Edge and Practical Guidance on Lexis+ are both great resources for finding forms. Also check the subject-specific areas on Lexis+ and Westlaw Edge for access to relevant forms. 
• The Rules of Civil Procedure often have associated sample documents included with them. Practice guides for a particular jurisdiction will also sometimes include forms.
